Product Description
The feature-rich, modular Wonderware® Touch Panel Computer consists of a PC-Box unit and a display unit. They are available in different display sizes and aluminum or stainless steel front-bezel configurations. The system is modular, so it can adapt to a variety of industrial requirements and can be easily assembled and disassembled. The Wonderware Touch Panel Computer comes pre-installed with InTouch® human-machine interface (HMI) software for out-of-the box ease of use.
Heavy Duty Chassis
The Wonderware Touch Panel Computer PC-Box and display units are constructed with an anti-corrosive, heavy-duty steel alloy that has superior structural and EMI protection characteristics.
10-Inch, 12-Inch, 15-Inch and 17-Inch Display Configurations
Standard Features
The Wonderware Touch Panel Computer, in 10-, 12-, 15- and 17-inch display configurations, includes the following standard features:
- Pre-installed with InTouch HMI and ActiveFactory trending and reporting software
- Includes Wonderware DAServers (DataAccess Servers) and I/O Servers
- Pre-installed with Microsoft® Windows® XP Pro operating system
- 512 MB or 1 GB of RAM
- Resistive touchscreens
- Aluminum or stainless steel bezel
- Quick-change replacement between display and computer box
- Modular fanless design
- IP65 protection class
- 2.5-inch internal HDD
Configuration Options
Display Unit
These integrated high-brightness display units are available in 10-, 12-, 15- and 17-inch display sizes.
- 10-inch TFT SVGA display - 800 x 600 optimum resolution
- 12-inch TFT SVGA display - 800 x 600 optimum resolution
- 15-inch TFT XVGA display - 1024 x 768 optimum resolution
- 17-inch TFT SXGA display - 1280 x 1024 optimum resolution
Front Bezel
The display units are all available with either a black aluminum front bezel or a stainless steel bezel. The aluminum bezel comes with an additional sealed USB port on the front of the display unit.
Power Supply
Wonderware Touch Panel Computers are all available with a Universal AC 100V-240V AC or a 24V DC input power supply unit.
Solid State Drives Provide Reliability in Harsh Environments
Wonderware offers the option for a solid state drive running on XP Professional operating system. The solid state drive provides the functionality of a hard disk with no moving parts; thus increasing reliability. It is an ideal, rugged storage solution for mission-critical applications that must operate under harsh environmental conditions.

Built-in Diagnostics and Maintenance
The Supervision DAServer, available with all Series B touch panel computers, enhances Wonderware software with built-in system diagnostics for hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Supervision DAServer can be used to obtain the following information from the Series B touch panel:
- Watchdog Timer
- Operating Time Counter
- Power-on Counter
- Voltage Metering
- Temperature Measuring
- PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) version
- A/D Channel Error Register
