Overview
Wonderware® Operations Software provides a scalable and configurable Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution for a wide range of industries. This software helps manufacturers improve their operational efficiency, manufacturing responsiveness and brand integrity. It also enables more consistent execution of production runs, improved process reliability and repeatability of equipment setup.
Wonderware’s incremental, low-risk approach to building Manufacturing Execution and Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence systems allows Wonderware Operations Software to be implemented initially to focus on basic MES functionality including; bill of materials, specifications, traceability and genealogy reporting and analysis. Additional capabilities can be added later providing; inventory management, certifications, labor and production steps.

Grow Incrementally
Operations Software from Wonderware comes in two editions, Standard and Premium -- each with a different level of MES functionality. This allows functionality to be added incrementally to meet user requirements.
Standard Edition
- Basic MES capabilities including; electronic work orders, bill of materials, specifications, traceability and genealogy reporting and analysis
Premium Edition
- Comprehensive MES capabilities including all of the functionality of the Standard Edition plus; inventory management, certifications, labor tracking and production steps and procedures.
