Trident Automation, located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, won the Best HMI/Supervisory award based on their InSight HMI to update legacy Moore APACS HMI solutions. The InSight HMI makes extensive use of InTouch, InSql, ActiveFactory and is positioned to use Industrial Application Server, Information Server with support for future control systems.

According to Trident, the new HMI communicates seamlessly to ProcessSuite® or InSight HMI™ servers. This lets the customer convert an individual client, providing time to the operations team for system familiarization. The customer can connect the InSight HMI™ client and historian to their existing unmodified ProcessSuite® HMI system. The customer controls the HMI migration on their schedule and can convert clients and servers without process interruptions.
