Program Requirements
The Wonderware VAR/OEM Agreement provides a multitude of sales and financial incentives. In return, Wonderware asks VAR/OEM contract holders to meet certain requirements to encourage the installation of sound Wonderware software-based solutions at customer sites. They are as follows:
Business Documentation
As part of our diligence in the commercial arrangements between Wonderware and the VAR/OEM contract holder, we ask that some business documentation be submitted upon application and is updated on an annual basis. These important items are as follows:
- Take-to-Market Strategy
- Business Plan for Wonderware Software Promotion
- Business Profile – updated annually
Other Requirements
- Minimum Annual Purchase Commitment (MAPC)
- Quarterly Revenue Projections
- Engineer Certification for Products Sold
VARs and OEMs that are just beginning to develop products and are interested in creating solutions based on Wonderware software may qualify as an Emerging Wonderware VAR or OEM. Emerging status entitles the VAR or OEM to use Wonderware development software on a consignment basis for a limited time without a volume purchase commitment.
