Who can I contact to get more info on registering for a course?

You may get more information through your local Wonderware distributor, or contact Wonderware Training for product registration information.

What does your tuition cover?

Tuition includes instruction, course materials*, computer time, continental breakfast, lunch and a variety of snacks. Other meals, transportation, lodging and all other expenses are the responsibility of the student. Contact Training for current pricing. All tuition is subject to change without notice.

* All Wonderware Training materials are copyrighted by Wonderware or its suppliers and cannot be duplicated, reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission by Wonderware.

When are your classes scheduled and when do they start & end each day?

Wonderware will schedule classes on an annual basis with additions to and deletions from the schedule occurring throughout the year. The schedule is made available to our customers on our web site. The schedule is subject to change. Classes generally start at approximately. 8:00 am each day and end at approximately between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. (Check your course confirmation for exact times.)

When making travel plans, allow enough time to attend the entire class. Wonderware does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable or non-transferable airline tickets. And Wonderware and the Certified Training Centers do not accept liability due to cancellation of a training course.

Do you offer onsite training?

We offer onsite customer training programs at your facility. These classes can be held at your location, or at a nearby hotel or training facility. Onsite training allows us to customize the training to meet the specific needs of your company. We can modify any of our existing courses, or design a tailor made course with your input to custom-fit your training needs.

Wonderware provides the training materials, all necessary software to conduct the training class, and can supply the computer equipment (in the continental U.S. only). The customer will supply the classroom. Contact the Wonderware Training for a tuition and fees estimate for your particular onsite training needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Wonderware reserves the right to cancel any class up to five (5) business days prior to the first day of class if the minimum enrollment levels are not met. Also, under very unusual circumstances a class may be canceled on less than five (5) business days’ notice for reasons beyond the control of Wonderware or the applicable Certified Training Center. Please make travel plans accordingly, and note that Wonderware does not recommend purchasing non-refundable or non-transferable airline tickets. In the event that Wonderware cancels a class, tuition charges will be either refunded or applied to registration in a different class at your election.

If a student cancels registration in a Wonderware class, tuition charges are refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Wonderware at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of class. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the first day of class but more than two (2) business days prior to the first day of class then a service charge of 50% of the tuition will be assessed. Those failing to give at least two (2) business days notice of will be liable for the full tuition.

Registration for Wonderware classes must be handled via a valid Purchase Order either directly through Wonderware, your local distributor, or the agent acting as the local distributor. For more information, contact the distributor nearest you, or Wonderware Training (see contact information). Class participant(s) will be emailed, faxed or mailed confirmation of their reservation no later than 10 days before their scheduled attendance, once a valid purchase order is received by Wonderware Corporation, Irvine, CA. Wonderware reserves the right to refuse training if the above requirements are not met.

Are there any prerequisites for your courses?

Each Wonderware course includes a high level of hands-on training. Consequently, all courses require at minimum, familiarity with personal computers. For additional information and prerequisites see the description, located at our online course registration site.

How are your classrooms set up?

Because we provide a high level of hands-on training in all of our courses, each student has his/her own PC. The instructor can then provide individualized attention to each student’s exercises and applications.

What is the attire when attending a course?

Recommended attire is business casual.
